The art of storytelling runs deep in Milwaukee. We don’t know when it exactly began, but we do know Wentworth and Norwich played a key part in the past.

Back in 1928, during the spring thaw, Thomas Wentworth would meet with Joseph Norwich at Morgan Park to swap stories they had been working on over the previous winter.

Over the years, more and more people would begin to show up with their stories they had been working on over the winter. Both Thomas and Joseph were pleased to see such a positive community embracing such a beautiful thing.

Today their legend lives on as we continue the spirit of sharing stories from your neighbors and friends here in Milwaukee.
